Big Bend

Zipline
The Lajitas Zipline is a unique zipline course that offers a boutique experience and variety of tour options with something for everyone. It has 3 different tours. For the folks that would like to try out ziplining for the first time but are a little hesitant to push it too far, The Flying Goat Tour is the perfect introduction to the world of aerial adventure. 3 ziplines that build in speed and height and is our shortest tour. For those who are looking for more adventure but want to have a progressive experience, our Clay Henry Tour, named after our beloved Mayor of Lajitas  takes you through the easier going Flying Goat Tour and then adds some serious speed with 2 more lines, finishing with the fastest line on the course. For the ultimate thrill seeker, The Quick Silver Tour gets right down to business with an opening line that is faster than what people typically experience on other zipline courses, and continues through our fastest and longest lines where the rider experiences amazing views and blistering speeds. All of the ziplines have an automatic braking system so no need to worry about having to have a lot of hand strength and skill or coordination that would be needed on more traditional ziplines. A fully guided operation allows you to really enjoy the activity with little effort. Weight restrictions apply to all tours with The Flying Goat Tour being 65 lbs minimum and 275 lbs maximum. The other tours have a 75 lbs minimum and 250 lbs maximum weight limit. All participants are discreetly weighed in at check in. The Lajitas Zipline offers outstanding views of the unique geological region that is Big Bend and the Chihuahuan desert, and sweeping views of the mountains in Mexico whilst being part of the famous Lajitas Golf Resort.

Trips are typically booked through the resort activities desk at 432 424 5170 or click here for more information.  Questions can be directed to the zipline office at 432 424 5153.
